Per ACMA statutory regulations, all Alphanumeric Sender IDs (the custom name that appears as the SMS sender, e.g., "ABCCo") must be registered and approved by 1 July 2026.
Note: This does not apply to your allocated numeric Sender ID (your virtual mobile number). Your virtual number will continue to function unchanged.
To help register your ACMA alphanumeric Sender ID, TheCo Support may contact you to confirm your organization's details.
Company/Organisation name
ABN registration number
Registered Email address as per the ASIC records.
(IMPORTANT: this will be used by ACMA to send a request to approve the registration)
Qmani Support will submit your details, after which you will receive a confirmation email from the ACMA. Please follow the instructions provided, then reply to Qmani Support with your approval details and registration date.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: Unregistered Sender IDs will appear as “Unverified” starting 1 July 2026, and SMS delivery cannot be guaranteed.
